FINANCE AND CREW WELFARE

Döhle Seafront handles payroll and allotments based on the portage bill. We process crew allotments at bank exchange rate promptly upon receiving your remittances, a vital tool for retaining seafarers. We also assist with the crew’s government documentation for social security and statutory benefits, manage claims, and facilitate welfare initiatives for crew and their families.
These services and programs ease crew concerns about their families while at sea. Our strong government relationships and commercial partnerships make us an effective service provider for international ship owners.
CREW CLAIMS HANDLING ON LOSS PREVENTION

At Döhle Seafront, we focus on proactive loss prevention, efficient claims management, and crew welfare. We work closely with principals, P&I Clubs, and their correspondents to ensure a smooth and transparent claims process that protects ship operator’s interests. Our dedicated crew welfare team manages claims with professionalism and care, ensuring seafarers receive timely support. To enhance health management, we partner with PEME clinics to conduct root-cause analyses of onboard illnesses, leading to preventive measures. We continuously monitor and improve crew health through regular reviews with medical partners. Our medical management plans, overseen by designated physicians, help identify fitness risks early for an efficient case resolution. To minimize crew challenges, we provide 24/7 support, ensuring prompt sick wage payments, medical reimbursements, and hospital assistance, including transportation and treatment coordination. By integrating claims management, health initiatives, and round-the-clock support, we enhance both operational efficiency and seafarer well-being.
CADETSHIP AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Cadet Screening Process: We meticulously select top-performing graduates from maritime schools and conduct a comprehensive screening that includes:
- Technical Skills Assessment: Testing their proficiency in administrative skills, critical thinking, organization, and English language abilities.
- Personality Evaluation: Assessing their motivation, potential for future leadership roles, compatibility with management positions, and overall character.
- Risk Assessment: Determining if the cadet poses any potential risks to the organization, such as issues related to gambling, drug or alcohol addiction, tendencies towards theft, bribery, violence, or any other counterproductive behaviors.
