TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Participants may submit their entries on February 27, 2023 until March 30, 2023. The posting of the TikTok entries on Facebook will be on March 31, 2023. The generation of likes of the entries on TikTok and on Facebook will start on March 31, 2023 until April 10, 2023.
- The campaign is open for all active Filipino seafarers from Döhle Seafront onboard or on vacation, 18 years old and above, and must have a registered account on the TikTok app.
- Participants may only have two (2) entries during the period. All video entries shall be sent through a designated Google Form link and Döhle Seafront will be the one to upload it on the Official Facebook page. The participants should also upload their respective entries in their own TikTok accounts for the generation of likes. The entries will be evaluated by a panel to be announced later on the promotion. Participants must follow the guidelines indicated in the announcement post.
- Entries must follow these guidelines.
- TikTok entry must be preparing, cooking, and showcasing any Traditional Filipino dish or Filipino-infused dish.
- Length of the TikTok video entry can be from at least 30 seconds up to 2 minutes only.
- Participants may do a voice-over and/or use background music with no profanity or vulgarity.
- Maximum of two (2) entries per person.
- Participants will submit their TikTok video entries through a Google Form link and Döhle Seafront will be the one to post them on the official Facebook page for the counting of likes on the Facebook app.
- Participants will also submit the link of the TikTok post from their account for the counting of likes on the TikTok app.
Participants must put these hashtags in the caption of their TikTok post.

- Criteria
- Clarity of Instructions (ingredients and procedures) 20%
- Visual Appeal of the Food 20%
- Overall Quality of the Video (transitions and effects) 10%
- Number of likes on Döhle Seafront Facebook page 30%
(Video entries will be simultaneously posted on March 31, 2023) - Number of likes on your TikTok post 20%
- Prizes:
Php 15,000 worth of prizes will be given to 5 selected entries in form of either cash or goods.
The announcement of winners will be on April 12, 2023.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

This competition is open to all Döhle Seafront seafarers on board or on vacation.
Döhle Seafront shall accept entries that have not yet been submitted to any other competition. Entries submitted from February 27, 2023 until March 30, 2023 will be accepted.
By submitting your contribution, you automatically warrant that you have the right to grant and therefore grant Döhle Seafront and companies affiliated with the Peter Döhle Group unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such contributions (including, without limitation, your image and voice if applicable) for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such contributions, and grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing. The use and distribution may occur in any media format and through any media channel.
Entries submitted shall be fully credited to the participants on materials related to TikTok Seafront Kusinero, but do not necessarily have to be credited in other internal and external materials produced not related to the campaign.
It is the participant’s responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subjected to and will be deemed to have been made aware of, and to have accepted the changes in any revisions by your continued participation of the promo after the date such revision is posted.
Winning entries will be announced on April 12, 2023 on the Döhle Seafront Crewing (Manila), Inc. Facebook page.
